Planet offer Integrated payment solutions, hospitality and retail software and global VAT refunds. Their aim is to make travel shopping a breeze.

These images were devised as part of a pitch to help Planet steam-line their offering with a focus on convenience and efficiency. The presentation helped secure an additional 6 month stretch of work with Planet allowing the team to help bring the concepts to life.

Harnessing the power of emerging technologies.

A series of concepts harnessing the power of emerging technologies, with the aim of creating exceptional customer experiences within audi centres, at trade shows and at home.

These presentations highlighted key features and innovations, illustrating how they address user needs and differentiate the product. The end presentation was instrumental in communicating the vision and value of the proposition, garnering stakeholder support for the project.

Specifically these in-centre information points aimed to educate potential customers about the meticulous design and craftsmanship inherent in each Audi vehicle. Customers were invited to delve into Audis latest innovations, experiencing immersive encounters with personalised interactions at the forefront.

Delivering a worry free shopping experience for cloud services.

This storyboard sequence was crafted to showcase the functionality of a new Vodafone proposition in an explainer video format. Following its completion, the storyboards were swiftly transferred to a third-party agency for animation, allowing the concept to be brought to life. Remarkably, the entire process of planning, drawing, and delivery was accomplished within a mere two days. Allowing the agency additional time to deliver the final video.

These illustrated journeys, explored the exciting possibilities of mobile technology, envisioning a future where seamless interactions and streamlined processes become the norm enhancing the B/S/H customer experience.

This user journey served as an invaluable tool for conveying the vision behind the app. By illustrating the intended user experience and functionality, We offered stakeholders a clear narrative of user interactions from start to finish.

This narrative format aided in understanding and envisioning the flow of the product. enabling stakeholders to empathise with users, highlighting interactions and emotions at each step to foster a deeper understanding of user needs and pain points.

Selling a vision of the future.

This animatic was an invaluable tool for selling a vision of the future for HSBC. By visually depicting the intended user experience and functionality. With this sequence I provided stakeholders a clear narrative of how users would interact with the product from start to finish. This format facilitated understanding and envisioned the flow of the app and websites. The visualisation allowed stakeholders to empathise with users by showcasing their interactions and emotions at each step of the journey, enabling a deeper appreciation of user needs and pain points. Additionally, I was able to highlight key features and innovations, demonstrating how HSBC could address specific user needs and differentiate the product from competitors. The animatic played a pivotal role in communicating the vision and value proposition for HSBC, facilitating alignment among stakeholders and securing buy-in for the project.
